A good breakfast experience

As I entered the breakfast area, I was greeted by the aroma of delicious, freshly prepared meals. The chef was efficient and friendly.

The staff were very nice and excellent, ready to any request. The a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was immaculate with a bathtub. We had a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment in the room...

everything was excellant during 2 days, appreciated its unbeatable and particularly good location just off fox theater, and downtown.

Confusing parking instructions!!! The walls feel thin allowing noise to seep in!!! Outdated furniture in the room detracts from the overall experience!!! Room temperature control definitely needs improvement!!!

The front desk staff could DEFINITELY use some customer service training, and don't even get me started on breakfast. Arriving at 9:20 a.m. to find zero food was just ridiculus. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience, but that didn't happen. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, honestly.

The hotel felt very clean and up to date.

I was disappointed when I arrived for breakfast only to find nothing available. It was chaotic, with guests scrambling for food while the kitchen staff refused to help at 9:33 AM. Not only that, but having to ask for extra bedding and towels was a hassle, especially with 6 people in the room.

Kitchen amenities made family meals easy.

The breakfast was amazing (cooked to order by a chef!). The fresh fruit selection was fantastic, and the staff was always clearing plates promptly. Plus, the location was great, just steps away from MARTA.

The King Studio was super spacious and clean. I loved the view of the Fox Theater from the window-such a cool spot! The bed was comfy too. No complaints on the cleanliness, everything was tidy. It.

the parking garage was a bit tricky. but the large kitchenette was super handy for making snacks. the complimentary breakfast was better than expected with fresh fruit & a coffee machine that made lattes! also, the friendly staff made check-in easy.

The spacious King Studio had a lovely view of the Fox Theatre. The mix-up with my reservation was frustrating.

Loved the fantastic city views and spacious room! The safety precautions were excellent.

Chose this hotel for a conference. 24-hour front desk, business center, and free WiFi were convenient. Staff was helpful with printing documents promptly.

Missed having a reliable room service for late-night work meals.
